Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the payment obligations and processes between Iron Security Direct (also known as "Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer. By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

Prices: All prices for products and services are listed and are subject to change without prior notice.

Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Payment Methods

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ACH Payments

2.3 Payment Due Date

Late Fee: If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law will be charged on the outstanding balance.

Service Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date.

Reinstatement: Services will be reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amounts, including any late fees.

5. Disputed Charges
